1. Accepting these terms

These terms apply when you visit AIJOOST, create or use an account, join a work area, or connect another service. By using AIJOOST, you agree to these terms. If you use AIJOOST for a business or another organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for it.

2. Your account

Provide accurate account information and keep each sign-in method secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access. Do not share a personal sign-in or let another person use your account as their own. Use the available roles and invitations to give people their own access.

You must be legally able to enter this agreement. AIJOOST is a business work service and is not intended for children under 13.

3. Your work and approvals

You decide what work to request and must have the right to use the information, accounts, websites, repositories, and other resources involved. You remain responsible for reviewing proposed plans and for the approvals made through your account.

AIJOOST separates ordinary work from sensitive actions. A pause, warning, or approval screen is part of the service and may not be bypassed. Automated results can be incomplete or wrong, so review important output before relying on it—especially for financial, legal, medical, safety, employment, or other high-impact decisions.

4. Connected services

You may connect only accounts and projects you are authorized to use. A connected service has its own terms, privacy rules, availability, and limits. You are responsible for complying with them.

Connected ChatGPT and Codex clients receive only the access you approve. They cannot use that connection to approve their own setup plan, reveal stored credentials, manage members, deploy production, or obtain unrestricted shell, database, file, browser, or internet control. You can disconnect a client from the AI access page.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use AIJOOST to:

• break a law, violate another person's rights, or ignore a binding restriction;
• access an account, system, data, or project without permission;
• send spam, malware, deceptive messages, or harmful code;
• harass, exploit, discriminate against, or endanger a person;
• evade an approval, security check, usage limit, or access boundary;
• probe or disrupt the service, another customer, or a provider;
• resell access or falsely present output as reviewed by AIJOOST; or
• use the service for a high-impact decision without qualified human review.

AIJOOST may pause or stop work that appears unsafe, unauthorized, abusive, expired, or outside the approved scope.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the material you submit. You give AIJOOST the limited permission needed to host, process, copy, transmit, and display that material to provide, protect, and support the service. This permission lasts only as long as needed for those purposes and the recordkeeping described in the Privacy notice.

You are responsible for making sure your content and instructions do not violate law, confidentiality duties, licenses, or another person's rights.

7. The AIJOOST service

AIJOOST and its original software, design, documentation, and branding remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service as offered. They do not transfer ownership of AIJOOST.

Feedback is welcome. If you send a suggestion, AIJOOST may use it without an obligation to compensate you, while respecting any personal information covered by the Privacy notice.

8. Service changes and availability

Features may be added, changed, limited, or retired as the product and its providers develop. AIJOOST will try to give reasonable notice when a material change would significantly reduce an active paid service. Maintenance, security events, provider failures, and circumstances outside reasonable control can interrupt access.

9. Charges

If you choose a paid plan or paid service, the price, billing period, included use, renewal, cancellation, and any refund terms shown when you order will also apply. Provider charges that you incur directly remain your responsibility. AIJOOST will not silently expand an approved action into a purchase or paid commitment.

10. Suspension and ending use

You may stop using AIJOOST at any time and may request account deletion, subject to legal and operational recordkeeping. AIJOOST may limit or suspend access to protect people or systems, investigate misuse, respond to nonpayment, comply with law, or enforce these terms. When practical, notice and a chance to correct the issue will be provided.

11. Disclaimers

To the extent allowed by law, AIJOOST is provided “as is” and “as available.” AIJOOST does not promise that every result will be accurate, complete, fit for a particular purpose, uninterrupted, or free from harmful components. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that the law does not allow to be excluded.

12. Limits of responsibility

To the extent allowed by law, AIJOOST will not be responsible for indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, business, data, or opportunity. AIJOOST's total responsibility arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them or to responsibility that cannot lawfully be limited.

13. General terms

If one part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest remains in effect. A delay in enforcing a term is not a waiver. You may not transfer these terms without written permission; AIJOOST may transfer them as part of a reorganization, financing, sale, or transfer of the service, subject to applicable law. An order form or separate written agreement controls if it clearly conflicts with these terms.

Applicable law determines any rights or remedies not addressed here. These terms do not remove mandatory protections available where you live.

14. Changes to these terms

These terms may change as the service or legal requirements change. The effective date will be updated. If a material change affects an active account, AIJOOST will provide reasonable notice before the new terms take effect when required.
