The short version: AIJOOST uses your information to provide the service, protect accounts, run the work you request, and send the updates you choose. It does not sell personal information or use your private project content for advertising.
1. What this notice covers
This notice applies when you visit AIJOOST, create or use an account, join another person's work area, connect an outside service, contact support, or receive service messages. An organization using AIJOOST may also set its own rules for the work and people it manages.
2. Information AIJOOST receives
Account and team information
This includes your name, email address, password protection record, sign-in methods, account status, business or team name, membership, role, and invitations.
Project and work information
This includes the goals, messages, plans, requirements, decisions, instructions, progress, approvals, activity summaries, and completion records you create or ask AIJOOST to create.
Connection and delivery information
If you connect another service, AIJOOST stores the connection details needed to use it within the permission you approved. If you choose email, text, or browser updates, it stores the destination and delivery settings needed for that channel. Sensitive destinations are masked in ordinary screens and protected at rest where the product contract requires it.
Security and device information
AIJOOST receives information needed to protect sign-in and prevent abuse, such as necessary cookies, session timing, passkey records, a broad device label, request timing, and security outcomes. Raw passwords and active session tokens are not stored in readable form. Raw network addresses and full browser identification strings are not kept in the account session record.
Support information
AIJOOST receives the information you include when you contact support or ask a privacy question.
3. How the information is used
- create and protect your account;
- prepare, run, recover, and show the work you request;
- apply membership, permission, and approval rules;
- connect services you choose and carry out the actions you authorize;
- send security messages and the progress updates you select;
- prevent abuse, investigate failures, and keep a reliable activity record;
- support, maintain, and improve the service; and
- meet legal obligations and protect people, accounts, and the service.
4. Model providers and connected services
When you use the Setup Guide or another model-backed feature, AIJOOST may send your message and the limited project context needed for that request to the configured model provider. Requests are made with storage disabled where the provider supports that setting. The provider still handles the request under its own terms and privacy commitments.
AIJOOST does not send your password, stored provider key, private server setting, or unrelated project to a connected ChatGPT or Codex client. Those clients receive only the projects and setup or progress actions covered by the connection you approve. You can end that connection from your account.
When isolated browser work is used, screenshots move between the isolated browser, the model service, and an authenticated owner view. They are not stored in the main AIJOOST project record. Browser cookies and profile material remain inside the short-lived isolated session.
5. When information is shared
AIJOOST may share information with service providers that help deliver hosting, database, email, text, browser notification, model, identity, and connected-service functions. They receive only the information needed for that role. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate notice and protection.
AIJOOST does not sell personal information. It does not give private project content to advertisers.
6. Cookies
AIJOOST uses cookies that are needed for sign-in, security checks, passkey ceremonies, and connection requests. These cookies keep a session working, bind a request to the correct browser, and help stop unauthorized actions. AIJOOST does not use necessary account cookies to build advertising profiles.
7. How long information is kept
Account and project information is kept while the account or work area is active and as needed to provide the service. Some security, approval, billing, audit, and completion records may be kept longer when needed to protect the service, preserve a requested work history, resolve a dispute, or meet legal obligations. Short-lived challenges, browser sessions, and delivery attempts use shorter operational periods. AIJOOST removes or de-identifies information when it is no longer reasonably needed.
8. Your choices and rights
You can update your name, recovery email, password, sign-in methods, active sessions, and notification choices from your account. You can also disconnect outside clients and remove notification destinations.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or an explanation of how your personal information is handled. You may also have the right to complain to a local privacy authority. AIJOOST may need to confirm your identity and authority before completing a request.
9. Protection and international use
AIJOOST uses technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including limited permissions, protected sessions, one-way token records, encryption for designated sensitive destinations, bounded work, isolated browser sessions, and recorded approvals. No internet service can promise absolute security.
The service and its providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. When required, AIJOOST will use an appropriate legal basis and protection for those transfers.
10. Children
AIJOOST is a business work service and is not directed to children under 13. Do not create an account for a child or submit a child's personal information unless a lawful business use and required permission have been established.
11. Changes to this notice
This notice may change as the service, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date will be updated, and a more direct notice will be given when a change materially affects how personal information is used.
