aijoost-v0.8 PHP fallback page

aijoost Node runtime is not yet the visible web runtime.

This page is a rollback safety page only. It means Apache/PHP is responding, but it does not prove that the Next.js app is being served by cPanel Node Application Manager.

After cPanel Node Application Manager is activated with server.js, the public runtime check must return JSON at /runtime-health with servedBy: node-server-js and fallback: false.
